NMC Container Lines, Inc. (NMCCLI) is engaged in full-container liner shipping servicing the country’s major economic ports: Manila, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, General Santos, Cotabato, and Zamboanga. NMCCLI‘s primary service is door-to-door delivery for containerized, breakbulk, dangerous goods (DG), reefer, loose, and rolling cargoes.

Over the past years, NMCCLI has invested heavily in vessels, facilities, equipment, and technology to ensure efficient and safe delivery of cargoes.

NMCCLI is ISO 9001:2008 certified by SGS, a world-renowned certifying body.

This achievement has kept our highly motivated team to always aspire for utmost customer satisfaction in its service, systems, and processes. To ensure that quality standards and processes are continually met, NMCCLI conducts regular audits to monitor adherence, including identification of processes for improvement.

Management reviews are conducted to assess the company’s performance and measure rendered services to customers.

More importantly, the established Quality Management System helps identify customer needs and anticipate their future requirements.

Continuous training of personnel is also a must to fulfill identified gaps in rendering the quality service NMCCLI has committed to its customers.
